For the installation of a photovoltaic power station on a building or canopies up to 100 kW on the low voltage Network are required:

  1. Topographical plan of exact location (for off-site buildings)
  2. Title of ownership or legal possession of the place of establishment (ownership and leasehold accepted)
  3. Title of ownership or legal possession of the space (For a privately-owned space copy of the notarial deed and the building permit, or a notarial deed of purchase and a certificate of transfer to the Registry
  4. Approval of small-scale works for the installation of the photovoltaic power plant by the responsible urban planning authority.

 

For the connection are required:

  1. Copy of Electricity Sale Agreement between Producer and HTSO (Hellenic Transmission System Operator/DESMIE)
  2. Solemn declaration from the Electrical Installer (Ministry of Transport and Communications) on the overall installation, with attached single-line electrical design of the installation (low voltage and medium voltage)
  3. Solemn declaration of Law 1599/86, in which the Producer will indicate the voltage and frequency limits at the inverter output which should under no circumstances exceed + 15% to -20% of rated voltage. , while for the frequency of +/- 0.5 Hz as well as the prediction that if the above limits are exceeded the inverter will be switched off (automatic disconnection) at certain times (disconnection of the inverter at 0.5 seconds and re-disconnection of the inverter after three minutes). It will also indicate the operating time of protection against islands.
