Photovoltaic parks are the facilities, regardless of the power, which are placed on stadiums. In terms of technology, the systems are divided into two categories according to the type of base used:

Fixed (Fixed Base)

With Trackers (Base with solar trackers)

Solar trackers increase the efficiency of a photovoltaic system from 10% -40%. They follow the course of the sun, so that the panels installed on the Trackers remain vertically to the incident solar radiation and generate the maximum electricity which is possible.

Our company has installed and is at your disposal any time you wish to visit PV parks of both categories.

Basic Advantages

  • Quick and immediate depreciation
  • 25 years of guaranteed income
  • Annual income up to 8500 €
  • Increase of the fair value of your property
  • Contribution to environmental protection by reducing CO2 emissions

For the installation of a photovoltaic system, some specific procedures are followed as required by the ISO 9001: 2008 technical instructions. After the interest of the prospective investor, an on-site visit occurred to collect the necessary information.

Then our company’s experienced engineers study the available data and design the most efficient solution. We provide you with free of charge the economic and technical study including installation plan, the technical equipment that it will be used as well as the system performance.

Our company collaborate with all Greek banks and can propose you the best way of financing.

Installation

There are specific procedures for installing a PV system as required by the ISO 9001: 2008 technical instructions.

The trained and experienced technical staff install your PV system by performing the appropriate tests for maximum performance.

Maintenance and Telemetry

In large systems our company proposes the conclusion of a contract for the maintenance and supervision of the operation of the PV park. For this reason, during installation, wind speed monitoring, PV panel temperature versus ambient temperature monitoring and finally the measurement of incident solar radiation intensity per m2 are installed.

The proper functioning and performance of the Photovoltaic system can be monitored by you wherever you are in the world. Digital recording of all data and continuous monitoring of any failures, allow immediate intervention and repair. DIMKAT with continuous controls by the responsible control department ensures 100% proper operation of the installation and consequently return of investment.

We undertake the process of assembling the dossier and everything needed for its submission to the competent services. The engineers of our company, with the reliability that accompanies DIMKAT Construction, meet every requirement of the project, from topographic plans (if required) to the issuance of a building permit.

Documents:

For the installation of a photovoltaic power station on a power plant up to 100 kW on the low voltage Network are required:

  1. Topographic design of the exact location of the installation and GIS 1: 5000 map showing the polygon of the stadium (for non-city stadiums)
  2. For legal entities only, a certified copy of the Government Gazette in which the company recommendation (for SA or Lpd) was published, as recorded in the company books of the court (for SA or LP)
  3. Title of ownership or legal possession of the site and its certificate of transfer to the land registry (be accepted preliminary contracts of purchase or agreement)
  4. Solemn Declaration of Law 1599/86, in which the applicant confirms that all the information he submits with his application is true.

Documents and information before the signing of the Association Agreement

  1. For the installation of the station in a privately owned space by the owner of the space, a title of ownership is required (copy of the notarial deed and its transfer certificate to the land registry) or in the case of non-privately owned space, it is required a title of legal possession (copy of the long-term private lease sealed by the DOI) and a copy of the lessor’s title deed. Alternatively, copies of the notarial deed and the certificate of transfer to the land registry are accepted.
  2. Approval of small-scale works for the installation of the photovoltaic station by the competent Urban Planning Service.
  3. Certificate of exemption from an EPO decision, from the relevant environmental authority of the Region, or an EPO decision if it has been published.

Documents and data before connecting the station to the Network

  1. Copy of the Electricity Sale Agreement between the Producer and HTSO (Hellenic Transmission System Operator/DESMIE).
  2. Solemn Declaration of Electrical Installer (HSE) for the overall installation
  3. Solemn Declaration of Law 1599/86, in which the Producer will indicate the settings of the voltage and frequency protection limits of the Automatic Interface Switch (ADR) according to the instructions of PPC
