DIMKAT Construction, a Greek company undertaking and implementing Energy, Telecommunications & Electromechanical projects with headquarters in Metamorfosi, active for more than 11 years in its industry, is interested in hiring a Construction Manager immediately.

General Dutiesstrong
​​The position reports to the Technical Director with the following responsibilities:

• He is responsible for the projects assigned to him, guarantees the electrical installation, verifying that the methodologies applied are in accordance with the regulations of the sector and meet the requirements set for the project.
• Responsible for coordinating construction work ensuring compliance with safety, quality and schedule
• He is responsible for creating and monitoring the implementation of the budget
• He is in charge of relations with the agencies responsible for connecting the projects, with whom he will interface to achieve the project objectives.
• Overall supervision and management of the projects.
• Ensuring proper adherence to safety and health related policies.
• Cost and quality management.
• Team coordination and action planning.
• Supervise and guide subcontractors.
• Generating reports at all stages of the project.
